1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and shoei33 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the shoei33.xyz website and any related applications or platforms operated by shoei33.

By accessing or using the shoei33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to comply with them in full. shoei33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2Registration Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use shoei33, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. shoei33 strictly prohibits minors from using this platform in any capacity.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Has never been suspended or banned from using shoei33's services previously.
• Register only one (1) account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Shoei33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Member Account & Security Responsibilities

Each member is fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account. This includes:

• Keeping your shoei33 account password and login credentials confidential at all times.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party, including family members.
• Notify shoei33 immediately via live chat or email at support@shoei33.xyz if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information — especially your phone number and email address — up to date and accurate at all times.
• Only using payment methods registered in your own name for all deposit and withdrawal transactions.

Shoei33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account. That said, we will cooperate fully with members to investigate any reported security issues.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Shoei33 accepts the following payment methods for all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• DuitNow – Instant transfer 24/7, minimum deposit RM 20
• FPX (Internet Banking) – Via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Deposit directly from the TnG app
• GrabPay – Via the Grab Malaysia app
• Boost – Malaysian local e-Wallets
• ShopeePay – Via the Shopee Malaysia app

Deposit and withdrawal conditions applicable to all shoei33 members:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the member's name.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods, or up to 24 hours for FPX transfers to a bank account.
• Shoei33 reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single transaction.
• Shoei33 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Shoei33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to members, subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus – Available to new members making their first deposit. The bonus amount depends on the current promotion. Standard rollover requirement is 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted.
• Weekly Cashback – Credited every Monday based on the net losses from the previous week. No rollover requirement applies to cashback.
• Seasonal Promotions – During special events such as the Thomas Cup, FA Cup Malaysia, FIFA World Cup, or Malaysian public holidays. Specific terms are stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Shoei33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the applicable rollover requirements.

All rollover requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. After this period, any bonus balance that has not fulfilled the rollover conditions will expire automatically.

6General Game Rules

The following rules apply to all game types on the shoei33 platform — slots, Live Casino, poker, jackpot, and fishing games:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• All gaming transactions are final. No cancellations or modifications are permitted once a bet has been confirmed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, shoei33 will use saved system records to determine the valid outcome. shoei33's decision in this matter is final.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any method to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Shoei33 reserves the right to verify all large winnings before payment is made. This verification period will not exceed 48 working hours.

For poker games in particular, additional rules on anti-collusion and anti-bot apply. Accounts suspected of collusion or using bots will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

7Sports Betting & Match Odds

The following terms apply specifically to all types of Sports Betting at shoei33 — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, tennis, basketball, and other sports:

• All bets are based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. shoei33 is not responsible for any changes in odds after a bet has been confirmed.
• The minimum bet for most matches is RM 10. Maximum limits vary by league, bet type, and match.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account balance.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume within 12 hours, all pre-match bets will be voided. In-play bets where the betting round has already been completed will be settled based on the state of play at the time of suspension.
• For parlay or accumulator bets, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any match within a parlay is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the parlay odds recalculated accordingly without it.
• Shoei33 reserves the right to void or reject any bet found to have been placed based on information not available to the public or involving fraudulent activity.

8Prohibited Activities & Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the shoei33 platform and may result in account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account under the same individual ("multi-accounting").
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage methods, multiple accounts, or strategies designed solely to exploit promotions without genuine intent to play.
• Collusion between players in poker or any other game with the intent to disadvantage other players or the platform.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Any attempt to launder money through the shoei33 platform.
• Making any betting or gaming claims that are unlawful or based on insider information.

9Account Closure & Suspension

A shoei33 account can be closed or suspended through the following methods:

• Member Requests – You may request account closure at any time through shoei33 customer support. All eligible balances will be paid out upon completion of identity verification.
• Inactive – Any account with no login, deposit, or gaming activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. shoei33 will send a notification before taking any action on inactive accounts.
• Breach of Terms – shoei33 reserves the right to close any account that violates the terms of use without prior notice. In such cases, entitlement to the remaining balance will be subject to the outcome of an investigation.
• Responsible Gaming – Members who apply for a self-pause or self-exclusion program will have their access to the platform suspended for the duration requested.

10shoei33 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shoei33 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform, including losses resulting from unsatisfactory game or betting outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond shoei33's control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account login credentials.
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment providers that cause transaction delays or failures.

Shoei33's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted or removed in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect.
